In the lower floor, where the laundry room is located, there is a 3rd extra bathroom (with toilet, washbasin and shower), perfect for use after swimming in the pool. The equipment of the child-friendly holiday home also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a TV with satellite TV. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. You can enjoy the 40 m², covered terrace with barbecue area, table and chairs for up to ten people. The pool, for the exclusive use of guests, is surrounded by the garden and equipped with sun loungers for relaxing. A restaurant and a supermarket are 750 m away. The shore of Lake Como is 450 m away. There you will find many hiking trails and swimming opportunities. Pets are not permitted in the pool. 2 parking spaces on the property.
